We ship from Barcelona and deliver worldwide.

Shipping Times
Domestic: 2–5 business days; 
Europe: 4–9 business days;
International: 7–15 business days (depending on location).
Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly on holidays or due to customs delays.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order tracking number once your package is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders over 70€. 
Flat Rate Shipping:
Domestic: 5 €
Europe: 9€
International: 16 €

We accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for returning an item:
The product must be in its original condition.
It must include all packaging (boxes, bags, etc.).
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Earrings and piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless they are defective).
How to initiate a return:
Email us at info@thenaia.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds:
Once we receive the package and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
